Shop terms and conditions
§1 General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for making remote purchases via the ROCKEY Online Store, available at http://rockey.pl.
The Seller is Chandney Agnieszka Marchel, ul. Galopu 8, 02-822 Warszawa, NIP 951-000-01-62, REGON 002186747, e-mail [email protected], tel +48 22 8533950.
The Terms and Conditions are addressed to Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store.
§2 Definitions
Consumer – a European Union natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in connection with their business activity.
Distance contract – a contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organised sales system without the simultaneous presence of the parties.
§3 Placing orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the order form available on the Shop's website.
The condition for the execution of an order is the provision of correct contact and address details.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
§4 Prices and payments
Prices and payments are available in PLN, EUR or USD.
The prices listed in the Shop are net prices (excluding VAT).
The prices listed in the shopping cart are gross prices (including VAT).
Available payment methods: bank transfer, online payment, payment card.
The order will be processed after the payment has been credited.
§5 Delivery
Delivery is carried out by airway express courier, road carrier or registered mail.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
The order processing time is 1 to 2 working days. If the goods are not in stock at the Seller's warehouse, the Seller will determine and inform the buyer of the approximate delivery date. If the buyer does not accept this date, the Seller will refund the amount paid.
§6 Right to withdraw from the contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent to the Seller's e-mail.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
§7 Complaints
The Seller is obliged to deliver goods without defects.
Complaints may be submitted in writing or by e-mail, providing a description of the defect and a request.
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
§8 Personal data
The Seller is the administrator of personal data.
The data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The data may be transferred to entities delivering the goods, payment operators and entities providing IT services to the Administrator.
§9 Final provisions
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
