§1 Personal data controller

§2 Purposes and basis for data processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- fulfilment of orders (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- handling complaints and returns (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
- conducting marketing activities (based on consent – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
§3 Data recipients
The data may be transferred to entities delivering goods, payment operators and entities providing IT services to the Controller.
§4 Data retention period
The data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the time required by law (e.g. tax regulations).
§5 Customer rights
The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to its processing.
§6 Right to lodge a complaint
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their data is being processed unlawfully.
§7 Voluntary provision of data
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of the order.
