Withdrawal from the contract
§1 Basis for withdrawal from the contract
If you are a Consumer – a European Union natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity – you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
§2 Method of notification
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to: [email protected]
§3 Return of Products
Please return the item to us immediately to the following address: Chandney Agnieszka Marchel, ul. Galopu 8, 02-822 Warsaw, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
§4 Contract withdrawal period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins when you take possession of the goods.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry.
§5 Refund of costs
We will refund your payments, including the costs of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the terms and conditions, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
§6 Refund deadline
We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back.
Complaints
§1 Basis for complaints
The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer who is a Consumer due to the non-compliance of the Product with the contract are specified in the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer who is an Entrepreneur under the warranty are specified in the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964.
§2 Seller's liability
The Seller is liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity of the Product with the contract existing at the time of delivery of the Product and revealed within 2 years from that moment in the case of a Consumer or within 1 year in the case of an Entrepreneur.
§3 How to file a complaint
Notifications of non-compliance of the Product with the contract and the submission of the relevant request can be made by e-mail to the following address: [email protected].
§4 Content of the complaint
The above electronic message should contain as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Seller.
§6 Return of Products
In order to assess the irregularity and non-compliance of the Product with the contract, the Consumer is obliged, at the Seller's request, to make the Product available to the Seller by sending it to the following address: Chandney Agnieszka Marchel, ul. Galopu 8, 02-822 Warsaw.
§7 Complaint processing time
The Seller shall respond to the Customer's request immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint.
In the case of a complaint filed by a Customer who is a Consumer, failure to process the complaint within 14 days from the date of filing shall be tantamount to accepting it.
§8 Acceptance of complaints
In connection with a justified complaint from a Customer who is a Consumer, the Seller shall, as appropriate:
- cover the costs of repair or replacement and redelivery of the Product to the Customer,
- reduce the price of the Product (the reduced price must be in proportion to the price of the goods in accordance with the contract to the goods not in accordance with the contract) and refund the Consumer the value of the reduced price within 14 days of receiving the Consumer's statement on the price reduction at the latest,
- in the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer, the Seller shall refund the price of the Product within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return at the latest. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately at the Seller's expense,
