Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer - a natural person who makes a legal transaction which is not directly connected with his/her economic or professional activity - as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: [email protected]
Return the returned item to us without delay to the following address: Chandney Galopu 8 Str., 02-822 Warsaw Poland, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which you withdraw from the contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days since the delivery date.
The period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract shall commence from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier takes possession of the item.
Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
We shall reimburse the payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods under the terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions, without delay, however, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever event occurs first.
Complaints
In the event that goods purchased from us turn out to be faulty, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. The best way to lodge a complaint is by email to: [email protected] .
If you are not a consumer, we are only liable to you up to the amount of the order you placed, within one year of the delivery of the goods. The following provisions apply to consumers.

In relation to a defect, you may demand:
- a replacement of the item with a defect-free item,
- have the defect removed,
or make a declaration about:
- reduce the price,
- withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.
We are liable to you for defects discovered before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the goods.
As a rule, you can lodge a complaint within one year of noticing a defect, but before the expiry of the seller's liability period.
Your complaint will be dealt with (responded to) within 14 days of our receipt of your complaint.
